Delivery Schedule We normally send out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Shipping of orders outside Denmark may vary depending on what is in stock. We process the order right away and get back to you with any potential back orders and when they are expected to return.
We ship all orders within the EU (plus Scandinavia, Switzerland, Malta, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia) with General Parcel. For all other countries, shipment is done by UPS Express. Before you submit your order you will be able to see the shipping charge for you order.
If your item is not in stock (as indicated on our website), we will back order it for you and ship it upon availability. All international orders will ship when the entire order is complete. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or simply have us ship what is currently available. When possible, we will provide any information that we may have in regards to when an item is expected to return, and will gladly hold your order until it does.
Credit Card Security We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. Our payment systems are approved SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) solutions. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping cart system over the Internet. All numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, server or cgi-bin. We do not charge your credit card before the items has been shipped. Back orders will not be charged before shipment either.
Warranty All our items have a 12 Month warranty from delivery date for defects and functional failures. This warranty only covers products which has been applied in accordance with the manual pertaining to the product. Micro Technic makes no other warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No items can be returned without Micro Technic prior acceptance in writing. Micro Technic will provide an RMA number as authorization for the return of the items. Items that are found to be defective can be exchanged for the exact same item or the defective items will be repaired, if possible. If an item somehow becomes damaged during shipment, we will gladly provide an exact replacement. In the rare event that this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will provide return details.
